ORDER
This petition is filed to amend the name of the 3rd petitioner as Gogula Krishnan instead of Gopalakrishnan in the cause title of the petition as well as in the order passed in Crl.OP.No.12032 of 2026 dated 13.05.2026. 2.
When the matter is taken up, learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Crl.Side), on verification, would confirm, that the name of the 3rd petitioner is Gogula krishnan and not Gopalakrishnan. 3.
In view of the above submission made by the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Crl.Side), this petition stands ordered as prayed for.

Registry is directed to carry out the amendment as sought in the petition and issue fresh copy of the order dated 13.05.2026 in Crl.O.P. No. 120332 of 2026 forthwith.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in view of the discrepancy in the name of the 3rd petitioner (which has been rectified now), the order dated 13.05.2026 passed in Crl.O.P. No. 12032 of 2026, directing the petitioners to surrender before the jurisdictional Court within a period of fifteen days could not be complied with and hence, he would pray that the petitioners may be granted some more time to comply with the said order.

Accordingly, the petitioners are granted two weeks' further time to comply with the order dated 13.05.2026 in Crl.O.P. No. 12032 of 2026. 24-06-2026 nv
