Arrears for the period from 14.10.2019 to 31.10.2019; v. Earned Leave Salary for the period from 02.12.2019 to 22.12.2019; vi. Difference of House Rent Allowance and City Compensatory Allowance for the month of January 2020; vii. Special Pay of Rs.240/- for the month of July 2020; viii. Fixation of the petitioner's pay in the post of Assistant with effect from 12.08.2020 and consequential arrears thereon; to the petitioner forthwith along with interest for the belated payment.

ORDER
The petitioner was subjected to a disciplinary proceedings which ultimately culminated in an order dated 07.11.2019. 2.Thereafter the petitioner has sent several representations to the respondents to release the salary and other service benefits which have not evoked any response or yielded any results in favour of the petitioner or against the petitioner. 3.Since the representation of the petitioner have not received attention, this writ petition is disposed by directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representations and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
