The above petitions are filed to declare the 2nd petitioner / Minor Ramkumar as a major and consequently discharge the 1st petitioner from guardianship and permit him to prosecute the above Second Appeal on his own.

2. The records would show that the 2nd petitioner was born on 26.09.1996 and he has attained majority on 26.09.2014. Accordingly, the petitions are ordered as prayed for. The 2nd petitioner is declared as a major and consequently the 1st petitioner is discharged from guardianship.

3. Post the Second Appeal after two weeks.
