This petition has been filed to implead the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is a Welfare Association and its members consisting of persons, who have purchased plots in the subject lay out. The dispute is about the title of a stranger, who had derived title from the promoter of the lay out in respect of the property, which has been reserved for public purpose. Therefore, the petitioner is an interested and necessary party. Hence, this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the Writ Petition after two weeks.
