2. The plaintiff is the civil revision petitioner. The plaintiff has filed a suit for declaration and injunction in O.S.No.9 of 2016. The pleadings have been completed. The plaintiff has examined himself and now it is posted for the defendants' evidence.

3. Ms.J.Archana states that the defendants' evidence was closed on 26.09.2024 and the suit is listed for arguments on 19.10.2024.

4. Taking into considering the report that has been submitted by the learned District Munsif, Tiruttani, the learned Judge is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.9 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is ordered. There shall be no order as to costs.
