Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition to amend the Crime No.94 of 2024 instead of Crime No.Not known of 2024, and the same was ordered.

2. Two weeks time is extended to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
