ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the petitioner states that there are only four flats in the building and all the four co-owners by consent have utilised some parts of the open area, for which ofcourse, no planning permission has been obtained. He states that a representation was made on 05.5.2012 in respect of the notice dated 25.4.2012.

2. We, thus, call upon the competent authority of the Chennai Corporation to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 05.5.2012 in accordance with law and inform the petitioner accordingly within two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
