This petition has been filed to modify the conditions as to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees One Lakh Only) instead of to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/-(Rupees Three Lakhs Only) order passed in Crl.O.P No. 13416 of 2024 dated 19.06.2024.

3. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No. 13416 of 2024 is modified to the effect the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of crime No. 2 of 2024 with a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
