ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the father of the detenue - Ms.Magesh, aged 17 years. This petition has been filed by him seeking a direction to the respondents for the production of his minor daughter.

2. The detenue has been secured and produced before this court. On enquiry, the detenue has expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner, who is her father. We permit the petitioner to take custody of the minor detenue.

3. In the result, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed accordingly.
