This petition has been filed to issue direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1681 of 2020 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to CBCID or any other investigation agency.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the second respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.1681 of 2020 and filed a final report in PRC No.14 of 2022 and it is pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ulundurpet, Villupuram District.
3. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent. Recording the same, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
