2. On perusal of the document it is seen that the suit is filed in the year 2016 and same is pending on the stage of framing issues. Aggrieved over the long pendency of the case, at the stage of framing issues from 06.10.2016, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is issued to the District Munsif Court cum Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur, to take up O.S.No.36 of 2016 in accordance with seniority and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.

4. The Civil Revision petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
