Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to return the original certificates of SSLC, HSC and Diploma in Teacher Education, Community Certificate, Appointment Order, Mark Sheet for Diploma in Teacher Education-3 in numbers to the petitioner and hand over the Original Service Register of the Petitioner to the Block Educational Office, Karimangalam to enable him to make the entries in the Service Register of the petitioner over the past four years with respect to leave etc.

Considering the limited nature of prayer in this writ petition, this writ petition is disposed at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case by directing the second/fourth respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2021 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law and on merits.
