ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the letter of the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.66/LA/2019 dated 04.11.2019 and the consequential rejection of approval by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.7922/A2/2019 dated nil -06-2020 and quash the same and approve the appointment of the petitioner as Lab Assistant with effect from 29.06.2018 and pay the salary and all other benefits.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Page No.2 of 4

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
