This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9459 of in Crl.O.P.No.24806 of 2022 vide order dated 17.07.2023.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and the charge sheet has also been filed in this case.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
