ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the 3rd respondent Inspector of Police, Anupparpalayam Police Station, Tiruppur, to register the First Information Report as per the Order dated 18.12.2025 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tiruppur in Crl.M.P.No.6509 of 2025 on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 14.08.2025 and conduct the investigation and file final report within a time frame.

2. Today, when the matter was taken for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police have registered a First Information Report (FIR) on 15.06.2026 in Crime No.289 of 2026.
