Both sides represented that the matter has been settled between the parties and therefore, nothing survives in the Company Petition.

2. Considering the above said facts and circumstances, Application Nos.96 and 97 of 2016 are allowed. Since Applications Nos.96 and 97 of 2016

vsi are allowed, no further order is necessary in Application No.98 of 2016. Therefore, Application No.98 of 2016 is closed.

3. Since the parties have settled the matter between themselves, Company Petition No.284 of 2013 is dismissed as settled between the parties.

4. Learned Official Liquidator submits that there is no other claimants. Since the company petition is dismissed, the Official Liquidator is discharged.
