ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register the FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.08.2021.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that on 05.08.2021, the petitioner's Toyoto Etios car bearing No.TN10 BC 1818, which was parked in the parking area of the Metro Water Board Office, along with his Apple Mac Laptop, which was kept inside the car, was missing. Hence, the petitioner had lodged a complaint before the respondent police. But, no action has been taken so far. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and closed on 17.08.2021.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that closure report has not been served by the respondent police.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned counsel for the respondent is directed to furnish the closure report to the petitioner.
