O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the application made by the petitioner on 27.5.2020, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for subdivision and transfer of patta in his name with respect to the subject property.

2. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 8.1.2021 at 11 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
