ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.9901 of 2026 dated 21.04.2026 directing the Petitioner to report

before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of 60 days and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly without any violation and he is a daily wager and he finds difficult to comply the condition and hence, prayed to relax the condition.

3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police, while opposing the petition for relaxation, would fairly submit that the petitioner has complied the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

4. Considering the submissions made on either sides, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.9901 of 2026 dated 21.04.2026. Accordingly, the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m...." is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once in a week, at 10.30 a.m....". The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered.

5. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 16-06-2026 MJS
