This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that, the petitioner shall stay at Kanyakumari and report before the Inspector of Police, Kottar Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner shall not leave Kanyakumar without the Permission of the Inspector of Police, Kottar Police Station is imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.12027/2023 dated 25.05.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every alternative days at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
