CRL.MP.No.12576 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5112 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J This Petition has been filed for seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5112 of 2023 dated 15.03.2023.

2. This Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m and 5.30.p.m until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5112 of 2023 dated 15.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
