This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to complete the investigation at the earliest and to file a final report in Cr.No.198/2013 before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Vellore.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, investigation is pending in Crime No.198 of 2013 before the respondent.

3. The respondent-police is directed to complete the investigation and file a Final Report or a closure Report as the case may be, expeditiously, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
