Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the preliminary Award dated 15.5.2019 and final Award dated 06.12.2019 in I.D.No.23 of 2011 passed by the learned II Additional Labour Court and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with back wages, continuity of service and all other attendant benefits.

C O M M O N O R D E R Since the issue involved in all these Writ petitions are similar in nature, they are disposed of by way of this common order.

The petitioners have come up with these Writ petitions seeking quashment of the preliminary Awards dated 15.05.2019 and final awards dated 06.12.2019 passed by the learned II Additional Labour Court in the respective Industrial Disputes and for a consequential direction to the respondent-management to reinstate the petitioners in service with backwages, continuity of service and all other attendant benefits.

When the matters were taken up for hearing, the learned Senior counsel appearing for the respondent-management submitted that, during the pendency of these Writ petitions, the respondent-management entered into Settlement under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 with the petitioners / employees and all the matters got settled in between the parties. The Memorandum of Settlement dated 22.08.2023 to that effect have been filed before this Court today. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has also ratified the same.

4. Recording the above said Memorandum of Settlement dated 22.08.2023 filed by the learned Senior counsel appearing for the respondent-management, these Writ Petitions stand disposed of. The said Memorandum of Settlement dated 22.08.2023 shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs.
