O R D E R When the matter is called today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and also makes an endorsement to that effect.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner also undertakes to remove the hoardings erected in the building of the second respondent's premises, within a period of seven days from today, failing which, the first respondent shall remove the hoardings. The expenditure and cost for removal of the hoarding shall be collected from the petitioner.
3. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
