ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police in Crime No.Unknown of 2025 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Police is calling the petitioner for enquiry at odd hours and in fact the petitioner was kidnapped in the year 2024 and now he has been treated as accused. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the petitioner is required to be cited as witness and summon served to the petitioner today. 4.In view of the above, nothing survives in this criminal original petition and the same is dismissed.
