Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the fourth Respondent to reimburse the medical emergency expenses of Rs.1,93,932/- to the Petitioner under the New Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) 2016, in accordance with G.O.Ms.202, Finance (Salaries) Department dated 30.06.2016 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the fourth Respondent to reimburse the medical emergency expenses of Rs.1,93,932/- to the Petitioner under the New Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) 2016, in accordance with G.O.Ms.202, Finance (Salaries) Department dated 30.06.2016.
2.Heard Mr.S.Vijayaganesh, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.T.Arunkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents.
3.Mr.T.Arunkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents submitted that in pursuant to the representation given by the 2/4
Petitioner, District level Committee has been constituted and recommendation has also been sent by the first Respondent to the United India Insurance Company Limited by approving medical claim made by the Petitioner. 4.However Mr.S.Vijayaganesh, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Insurance Company has paid part of the medical claim only and no reason has been stated as to why the rest of the claim amount has been withheld.
5.Since the Petitioner now knows that his medical claim has been recommended by the first Respondent, he is at liberty to give a representation to the first Respondent once again about his claim and on receipt of the same, the first Respondent shall take all endeavour through the fourth Respondent and resolve the matter.
