This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15311 of 2024 dated 02.07.2024.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered to the effect that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.2 of 2024 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such deposit, the victim is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/- for incurred medical expenses for herself and her child.
