Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus by calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the District Collector, Coimbatore and made in Na.Ka.381/2001/E3, dated 22.02.2003 the first respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent herein to renew the lease of NAESEY BAR being run by him at Kovai South Tashildar's Office premises, Coimbatore that comes within the jurisdiction of Tahsildar, (North), Coimbatore for another period of three years pursuant to the application made by the petitioner dated 09.12.2002.
