The present Miscellaneous Petition filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner to file review petition against the order dated 08.06.2022 made in W.P.No.12828 of 2022.

2. Since the petitioner is not a party in the writ petition, the relief was granted in favour of the first respondent herein/petitioner in the writ petition, for which, the petitioner seeks leave to file review petition.

3. In view of the above, the petition is ordered as prayed for.
