ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by the Principal Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri, in Crl.MP.No.1429 of 2016 vide the order dated 07.09.2016 with only normal sureties to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dharapuri instead of furnishing Government Surety.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent.

3. It is seen that committal proceedings are pending in PRC No.13 of 2014 before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Dharmapuri and at this juncture, if the condition is modified, the petitioner might not be available for the committal proceedings.

4. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek modification after the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

committal proceedings are over. The Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Dharmapuri, is directed to expeditiously complete the committal proceedings in PRC No.13 of 2014, if there is no other legal impediment.
