Writ Miscellaneous Petition in W.M.P.No.11510 of 2023 has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 24 days in filing the Review Application against the order dated 08.06.2022 made in W.P.No.12828 of 2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Miscellaneous Petition with a liberty to workout the remedy in the manner known to law and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioner. 2/4

Consequently, the Review Application is closed at the SR stage itself. No costs.
