ORDER
The petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to regularise the service of the petitioner and to fix the time scale from date of appointment i.e.,
on 31.08.1998 and disburse the monetary benefits from that date to the petitioner by disposing the written representation made by the petitioner on 30.01.2026.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner was appointed as Office Assistant in the second respondent Society on 31.08.1998. The petitioner was promoted as Clerk and subsequently, he was promoted as Secretary on 10.01.2001. Since then, the petitioner has not been regularised. Hence, the petitioner made several representations and the last of which on 30.01.2026 to the respondents to regularise his service and to fix the time scale from the date of appointment i.e., 31.08.1998 and to disburse the monetary benefits to the petitioner. Since the same has not been considered the present writ petition has been filed.
3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
4. Considering the relief now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2026, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
