ORDER

This Contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for his willful disobedience and non-compliance of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.687 of 2020, dated 28.10.2020 under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act.

2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the writ appeal has been filed in W.A.Nos.192 and 193 of 2020 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has also granted interim stay. 3.In view of the above development, this contempt petition is closed.
