This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the complaint dated 09.03.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner admittedly has given complaint before the respondent police on 09.03.2018 and the same was received and CSR No.48 of 2018 has also assigned to the petition. After that the respondent police has not taken any steps in that complaint. Hence the petitioner has preferred this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the fact that the complaint has been given on 9.3.2018 and for the past three months no enquiry has been initiated, the respondent is directed to enquire the complaint and after enquiry either to register the complaint if the offences are made out or to close the same in accordance with law.
