ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police to investigate the case expeditiously and to file the final report in Crime No.5 of 2025 which is pending on their file, within a period to be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen from the records that FIR has been registered on 04.01.2025 for the offence under Section 318(4) of BNS Act.

4. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to expedite the investigation and file the charge sheet as early as possible.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
