ORDER
When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has already become infructuous. That apart, the amount deposited by the petitioner towards Earnest Money Deposit has been adjusted towards arrears of two months' rent. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
