The learned counsel for the appellant filed a memo seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the case in order to avail remedy under Amnest Scheme dated 24.07.2025. This Court is inclined to permit the appellant to withdraw the case in terms of the Scheme, with liberty to restore the appeal, If the claim is no settled.
