ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police to investigate the case in accordance with law and to file final report in Crime No.733 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police within a time limit as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation was already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the 9th Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and the same is yet to be taken on file.
