ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2021.

2. Heard, Mr.A.Manojkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.K.Natarajan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 6 & 7.

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner submitted a representation before the respondents 1 to 4 on the execution of the fraudulent sale deed.

4. Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.08.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 12, after giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
