By order dated 29.02.2024, W.P.No.464 of 2024 was disposed of by remanding the matter to the Interim Board of Settlement with a direction to conclude the remanded proceedings within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Thereafter, the petitioner obtained extension up to 12.07.2024. By this petition, the petitioner seeks a further extension by six weeks from 12.07.2024.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner referred to the order of the Division Bench in W.A.Nos.855 & 963 of 2023 and pointed out that the Interim Board of Settlement was directed to also consider the question with regard to the cancellation of registration under Section 12A. As a result, he submits that the mandate of the Interim Board of Settlement has been expanded and that further time is required. He also points out that the certified copy of the judgment of the Division Bench has not been received as on date.

3. Mr.A.N.R.Jayaprathap, learned junior standing counsel, appears on behalf of respondents 2 and 3. He submits that the extended time limit expires on 12.07.2024. He strongly opposes the extension.
4. On considering the submissions of learned counsel and on examining the earlier orders in this regard, the time limit fixed by order dated 29.02.2024 is extended by a period of six weeks from 12.07.2024.
