This petition is filed to condone the delay of 47 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Mr.A.V.Vijaykumar, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the respondents 1 & 2 have no objection for allowing this petition.

3.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, the delay of 47 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
