When this Court was about to dismiss the case on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that one Arumugam had voluntarily entered into an agreement dated 24.12.2009 with him and has registered the same in the Office of the Sub-Registrar, Coonoor. The trial Court is directed to bear this aspect in mind during trial and complete the trial within a period of six months. The trial Court shall ensure that the accused engages an Advocate and cross examines the witnesses on the day they are examined-in-chief as directed by the Supreme Court in Vinoth Kumar vs. State of Punjab [2015(1) MLJ (Crl) 288]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
