ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to condone the delay of 765 days and permit the petitioner to file this revision petition against the order dated 15.09.2021 passed in MC.No.224 of 2018 passed by the Court of the learned Judge, Additional Family Court at Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 765 days is condoned and the petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) directly to the respondents, within a period of one week from today, failing which the present order shall stand automatically cancelled.
