Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the relevant records and declare the election of the Chairman of the Waqf Board in G.O.(2D) No.20passed by the first respondent dated on 24.09.2020 to quash the same and to ensure free and fair election for the position of Chairman of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board, direct that the election be conducted by way of secret ballot.
