ORDER

This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the Additional District-Sessions Judge, (Mahila Court), Salem to expedite the trial of the above case in S.C.46 of 2017 and dispose of the same within the time fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Additional DistrictSessions Judge, (Mahila Court), Salem, to complete the proceedings in S.C. No.46 of 2017 in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
