2. On 16.08.2023, none appeared for the petitioner; the matter was adjourned to 05.09.2023. On 05.09.2023, adjournment was sought on behalf of the petitioner; the matter was adjourned to 16.10.2023. On 16.10.2023, again, adjournment was sought on

behalf of the petitioner; the matter was adjourned to 19.12.2023. Today, none appears for the petitioner.

It is submitted by Mr.G.Masilamani, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Mr.M.Vishnu Venkatesh, learned counsel for the fifth respondent that W.A.No.2895 of 2019 was dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court under order dated 28.08.2019 with cost of Rs. 1 lakh. Subsequently, W.P.No.17964 of 2019 was dismissed by this Court by order dated 15.11.2023 with costs.

4. Consistently, the matter is being adjourned on behalf of the petitioner. As none appears for the petitioner today also, the present petition stands dismissed. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.25437 of 2023 and 23253 of 2018 are closed.
