3.The Inspector of Police, Samalpatti Police Station, Krishnagiri District ..Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to survey the land in Survey No.66/2B1 to the extent of 1.34 acres at Padavanur Village, Uthangarai Taluk, Krishnagiri District along with the aid of the 3rd respondent within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 12.10.2020, wherein, the petitioner has sought for the survey of the subject property.

2. Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent has fixed the date for the survey of the proeprty on 18.12.2020 at 11 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of survey along with all the relevant documents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 1st respondent has already fixed the date for survey, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to conduct the survey after affording an opportunity https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the petitioner and any other interested party and the entire process shall be completed in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
