The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has made an endorsement that the investigation has been transferred to the file of CBCID and five persons were convicted under Section 302 IPC by the Sessions Court, Villupuram. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and seeks liberty to make for compensation.

2. Recording the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the proper forum seeking compensation if any. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
