Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned charge memo issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No. 15935/C5/E3/2016 dated 31.03.2016 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of PG Assistant on inclusion of his name in the panel for the year 2018-2019, with all consequential and arrears of salary within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
