The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1), 5(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, in Crime No.167 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were found to be involved in immoral trafficking activities in the Kamadhenu Apartment owned by the petitioner. Hence, the complaint.

3. It is seen from the records that this is the third anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. The earlier petitions filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13702 of 2022 was dismissed on 14.06.2022 and in Crl.O.P.No.15771 of 2022 was dismissed on 07.07.2022. He would further submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and she is ready and willing to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed on her.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there is no change of circumstances after the previous dismissal order was passed on merits. He would further submit that the petitioner has 12 previous cases similar in nature. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court had dismissed the earlier petitions filed by the petitioner and that there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
